• Full address details inc. postal codes of your current and new property

• What property type? house/bungalow/flat etc

• Access to both properties, for example parking, paces from vehicle to front door, steps/lift,floor to the property?

• How many bedrooms at both properties

• Do you have a garage? Garden shed? Or other storage facilities?

• Estimated completion dates – Don’t worry at this stage if you do not have your completion dates, we can discuss availability of dates nearer the time.

• Are there any large items that require special requirements or attention, for example Pianos etc

• Would you like us to carry out the packing or unpacking?

• Will there be any items that require dismantling?

• Do you require any storage?

• Is there anything else you feel we should know about?
